Yield: 6 Servings
|1 can||Tomato soup|
|1½ pack||Cream cheese with chives or-|
|3 packs||(small) cream cheese|
|2||Envelopes Knox gelatin|
|1½ cup||Celery; finely chopped|
|½ cup||Green pepper; finely chopped|
|2 tablespoons||Stuffed olives; sliced|
|1 teaspoon||Grated onion (if using plain cream cheese)|
Heat soup in top of double boiler, add cheese & stir until smooth. Add gelatin, previously softened in ½ cup cold water. Fold in remaining ingredients. Mold & chill.
