Tomato and cheese molded salad

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can Tomato soup
1½ pack Cream cheese with chives or-
3 packs (small) cream cheese
2 \N Envelopes Knox gelatin
1½ cup Celery; finely chopped
½ cup Green pepper; finely chopped
2 tablespoons Stuffed olives; sliced
1 teaspoon Grated onion (if using plain cream cheese)
1 cup Mayonnaise

Heat soup in top of double boiler, add cheese & stir until smooth. Add gelatin, previously softened in ½ cup cold water. Fold in remaining ingredients. Mold & chill.
