Ingredients

| 1 | pounds | Round bottom roast |
| ½ | cup | White vinegar |
| ½ | cup | Catsup |
| ¼ | cup | Water |
| 1 | small | Onion, diced, cut into small pieces |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Brown sugar |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Prepared mustard (like French's) |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt (I leave this out as the Worcestershire sauce is salty) |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| Touch of crushed red peppers | ||
| (depending on how hot you want it..it's the same stuff you put on pizza if you have a mind to) | ||
Directions
BBQ INGREDIENTS
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Take your roast, slice it raw, place it in a pan, add the above and simmer till it's easily sliced with a spoon or however you like it. You may have to double up on the above. Depends on how long you cook it.
