Tofu-strawberry dessert

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
24 ounces Tofu, chilled & mashed
4½ tablespoon Honey
2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
15 eaches Strawberries, cut vertically into halves
¼ cup Sliced hazelnuts

Combine the tofu, honey & vanilla in a large serving bowl. Mix well with a fork. Dot the surface with strawberries, then sprinkle with nuts. Serve.
