|1||Box silken tofu|
|1 teaspoon||Vanilla; (optional)|
|1 cup||Semi sweet or milk chocolate pieces|
Process tofu till very smooth. Melt chocolate pieces. Add vanilla and add mixture to tofu. Process till all mixed. Chill & serve.
You can substitute almost any fruit in place of chocolate and you can substitute almond flavoring or any other flavoring that you like with a particular fruit. if you want to make butterscotch pudding, simply melt butterscotch chips.
