Ingredients

| 2 | cups | Tofu; mashed |
| 1 | cup | Onion; chopped |
| 1 | cup | Rolled oats |
| ½ | cup | Walnuts; chopped |
| 3 | tablespoons | Peanut butter |
| 4 | tablespoons | Tamari |
| 2 | Garlic cloves; pressed | |
| ½ | teaspoon | Sage |
Directions
Place all the ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well, using your hands if necessary.
Press the mixture into a well-oiled loaf pan.
Run a knife around the edges of the pan and unmold th eloaf onto a serving platter. Surround the platter with colorful ssteamed vegetables and serve with a sauce.
