Tofu lasagna

Ingredients

| ¼ | cup | Grated Parmesan |
| 2 | eaches | Garlic cloves |
| ½ | pounds | Mushrooms, Sliced & Sauteed |
| ¼ | cup | Fresh Parsley |
| 2½ | cup | Sauce |
| 2 | cups | Grated Mozz, Swiss or M.Jac |
| 12 | eaches | Lasagne Noodles |
Directions
Mix mashed tofu with parmesan and garlic.
Oil pan -- layer noodles with sauce, cheese, mushrooms & tofu mix.
top layer should be noodle with sauce & cheese.
Bake @ 350 for 45 minutes (or 400 for 35 minutes)
