Toasty pita triangles

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 tablespoons Butter -- softened
2 tablespoons Chopped parsley or chives
½ teaspoon Fresh oregano or rosemary --
Finely chopped
3 Pita breads (7-inch
Diameter)
3 tablespoons Freshly grated Parmesan
Cheese

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Blend butter, parsley, and herbs.

2. Spread butter mixture on pita breads. Sprinkle tops with cheese.

3. Cut each pita into 6 triangles. Place on baking sheets. Bake until toasted, 10 to 15 minutes.
