Yield: 6 Servings
|2 tablespoons||Olive oil|
|¾ teaspoon||Chili powder|
|¾ teaspoon||Ground cumin|
|4 drops||Hot-pepper sauce|
|6||Mini pita breads|
Kids love to watch these puff up on the grill as they cook. They are best hot, held in paper napkins to protect the hands.
Mix oil, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper sauce. Brush both sides of mini-pita breads. Grill pitas 4 to 6 inches above hot coals for 1-2 minutes per side until lightly browned and puffed. Or broil in oven 4-5 inches from heat source.
