Toad in the hole 2

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
4 slices Bread
3 teaspoons Butter or margarine
4 eaches Eggs
\N \N Salt
\N \N Pepper

Remove centers from each slice of bread with a biscut cutter. Brown in butter on one side then turn. Slip egg into hole and cook to desired firmness, seasoning to taste.
