Thunder and lightnin'

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can (20 ounce) tomatoes; chopped and drained
1 can (4 ounce) green chiles; chopped and drained
1 large Onion; chopped
1 teaspoon Salt;
4 tablespoons Vinegar;
2 teaspoons Sugar;
1 teaspoon Pepper;
½ teaspoon Oregano;
1 \N Clove garlic;

Mix all ingredients together and cook slowly for 20-30 minutes. Nice as a dip served with chips.

Notes: Fresh tomatoes can be substituted for the canned. 20 oz is 1 pound, 4oz.
