Thunder paste

Measure Ingredient
1 small Onion -- chunked
⅓ cup Orange Juice
2 tablespoons Peanut Oil
2 teaspoons Ground Anise Seeds
1 teaspoon Turmeric
1 teaspoon Curry Powder
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Ground Allspice
½ teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

Combine the paste ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until the onion is finely chopped and a thick puree forms.

Refrigerate the paste, covered, for up to 2 weeks.
