Three way beef roast

| 3 | eaches | Celery stalks, chunked |

| 1 | cup | Beef stock |
| 1 | teaspoon | Season salt |
| 1 | each | Garlic clove, minced |
| 1 | tablespoon | Fresh dill, minced |
| 1 | tablespoon | Fresh parsley, minced |
| 8 | ounces | Tomato sauce |
| 1 | cup | Water |
| 1 | each | Envelope onion soup mix |
| 1 | teaspoon | Caraway seeds |
| 1 | can | Tomato soup |

Place roast in pan with potatoes, carrots and celery. Top with one of the sauces. Cook in slow cooker on medium heat 8 hours, or bake in oven at 300 degrees 4 hours. Dorothy Flatman's Kitchen
