| 3 | ounces | Margarine |
| 2 | ounces | Caster sugar |
| 2 | Eggs; beaten | |
| 3 | ounces | Currants |
| 1 | tablespoon | Ground almonds |
| 8 | ounces | Curd |
| Splash of milk | ||
Directions
1 Line the greased tins with pastry. Mash the curds. Add the butter, margarine and caster sugar into a bowl and beat. Add the two beaten eggs, currants, ground almonds and a drop of milk to moisten the mix.
2 Place the filling into the pastry cases and bake for approximately 20 minutes at 190c.
