Thai steamed herbed mussels

Measure Ingredient
2 kilograms Mussels
1 cup Basil leaves
4 \N Green onions ---dipping sauce-----
½ cup Lemon juice
\N \N Lemon grass; optional
2 tablespoons Fish sauce
1 teaspoon Sugar
2 \N Coriander leaves; chopped
3 \N Cl Garlic
1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
