Thai black japonica salad

½cupEach:
Bell pepper, green -- diced
Bell pepper, red -- diced
½cupCarrots -- grated
½cupCelery -- chopped
½cupOnion, green -- chopped
1tablespoonSesame oil
2tablespoonsCanola oil
2tablespoonsTamari
¼cupRice vinegar
¼cupLundberg Sweet Dreams Brown
Rice Syrup
1teaspoonGarlic granules
1teaspoonRed pepepr, dried --
Crushed
¼cupCashews; toasted -- chopped

Directions

Cook rice acording to package instructions and set aside to cool. Mix togetheroils, tamari, vinegar, rice syrup, garlic and peppers. Toss mixture with rice, vegetables and cashews. Chill and serve. Yield: 6-8 servings.
