Tesque garden guacamole dip

Ingredients

1Ripe avocado
2ouncesCream cheese, softened
¼cupFresh tarragon, chopped OR
¼cupFresh dill, chopped
¼cupFresh oregano, chopped
Juice of 1/2 fresh lime
½teaspoonBalsamic vinegar
½teaspoonOlive oil
½teaspoonChimayo red chile, finely ground, to taste

Directions

Mash the avocado with the cream cheese. Add the other ingredients. Mix well. Serve immediately with blue corn chips.
