Teriyaki seafood kabobs

Ingredients

| 1 | pounds | Raw large scallops | 
| 1 | small | Pineapple trimmed, cored and cut into 1 1/2\" chunks | 
| 2 | Bell peppers, cut into 1 1/2\" chunks | |
| 16 | Cherry tomatoes with stems | |
| ½ | cup | S&W Teriyaki Cooking Sauce and Marinade | 
| 8 | Skewers | |
Directions
Place seafood in boiling water for approximately 1 minute; drain. 
Shell prawns, leaving tails in place. Alternate seafood with pineapple, bell pepper and tomato on 8 skewers. Thoroughly coat each skewer with marinade and let stand 20-30 minutes. Grill or broil 3-4 minutes on each side. Submitted By MICHAEL ORCHEKOWSKI   On   10-31-94
