Tahina parsley dip

| 1 | cup | Fresh lemon juce |
| 40 | Milliliters | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | cup | Finely chopped fresh |
| Parsley | ||
| ½ | cup | Finely chopped mint |
| Optional | ||
| Garlic -- mashed | ||
Directions
Mix the tahina and lemon juice. Mash the garlic cloves with the salt.
Add to the tahina mixture, stir in the parsley. Taste the mixture for seasoning; you may also want to add a little more lemon juice. A nice variation is the addition of ½ c finely cho Recipe By : "The Flavor of Jerusalem" by Nathan and Goldman
