Tahina parsley dip

1 cup Tahina
1 cup Fresh lemon juce
40 \N Milliliters
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Finely chopped fresh
\N \N Parsley
½ cup Finely chopped mint
\N \N Optional
\N \N Garlic -- mashed

Mix the tahina and lemon juice. Mash the garlic cloves with the salt.

Add to the tahina mixture, stir in the parsley. Taste the mixture for seasoning; you may also want to add a little more lemon juice. A nice variation is the addition of ½ c finely cho Recipe By : "The Flavor of Jerusalem" by Nathan and Goldman
