Tahina parsley dip

1 | cup | Fresh lemon juce |

1 | cup | Finely chopped fresh |
Parsley | ||
½ | cup | Finely chopped mint |

Garlic -- mashed |
Directions
Mix the tahina and lemon juice. Mash the garlic cloves with the salt.
Add to the tahina mixture, stir in the parsley. Taste the mixture for seasoning; you may also want to add a little more lemon juice. A nice variation is the addition of ½ c finely cho Recipe By : "The Flavor of Jerusalem" by Nathan and Goldman
