1 cup | Rosarita Traditional Salsa mild |

1 can | (16-oz.) Rosarita No Fat Traditional Refried Beans |
2 cups | Crushed, unsalted tortilla chips |
2 cups | Grated Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese, mixed (or low fat) |

In a large skillet brown hamburger and onions; drain. Add taco mix, salsa and water; mix well. Simmer for 10 minutes, add refried beans and set aside. In an ungreased 12- x 9- x 2-inch baking dish place a layer of ½ the tortilla chips, ½ meat and bean mixture, and ½ the mixed cheeses; repeat layers with remaining ingredients. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees F. for 25 minutes. If desired, serve on a bed of lettuce and top with tomatoes, sour cream and chopped olives.
Serve with additional salsa.
