4 tablespoons | Cooking oil |
1 large | Onion |
1 can | Tomatoes |
1 can | Water |
Salt, pepper and flour the meat. Brown sides in cooking oil. Add onion slices, tomatoes and water. Simmer about 45 minutes or until tender. Serve with rice. Serves 4
