Measure | Ingredient |

1½ cup | Shredded Swiss cheese |
1½ cup | Shredded carrots |
½ cup | Chopped nuts |
⅓ cup | Raisins |
\N \N | Mayonnaise or salad dressing |
12 slices | Whole-wheat or white bread |
Combine cheese, carrots, nuts, raisins & enough mayonnaise to moisten. Mix lightly. For each sandwich, spread 2 bread slices with mayonnaise & fill with cheese mixture. Makes 6 sandwiches.
