Yield: 6 Servings
|1½ cup||Shredded Swiss cheese|
|1½ cup||Shredded carrots|
|½ cup||Chopped nuts|
|Mayonnaise or salad dressing|
|12 slices||Whole-wheat or white bread|
Combine cheese, carrots, nuts, raisins & enough mayonnaise to moisten. Mix lightly. For each sandwich, spread 2 bread slices with mayonnaise & fill with cheese mixture. Makes 6 sandwiches.
