Swiss mix sandwiches

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Shredded Swiss cheese
1½ cup Shredded carrots
½ cup Chopped nuts
⅓ cup Raisins
Mayonnaise or salad dressing
12 slices Whole-wheat or white bread

Combine cheese, carrots, nuts, raisins & enough mayonnaise to moisten. Mix lightly. For each sandwich, spread 2 bread slices with mayonnaise & fill with cheese mixture. Makes 6 sandwiches.
