Swiss breakfast parfait

Ingredients

1 | cup | Quaker Oats, uncooked (quick or old-fashioned) |
16 | ounces | Vanilla yogurt nonfat or lowfat |
8 | ounces | Crushed pineapple in juice undrained |
2 | tablespoons | Sliced almonds (optional) |
2 | cups | Sliced strawberries fresh or frozen |
Directions
In medium bowl, combine oats, yogurt, pineapple and almonds; mix well.
Cover, refrigerate overnight or up to 4 days. To serve, layer oat mixture and strawberries in 4 parfait glasses. Garnish with additional strawberries, if desired. Serve chilled.
