| 2 | tablespoons | Nonfat dry milk |
| ½ | cup | Warm water |
| ¾ | cup | Sugar |
Directions
Combine water and milk. Add sugar and mix until smooth. Use in recipe calling for one 13-½ oz can condensed milk.
