| 3 | ounces | Cinnamon |
| 1 | ounce | Cloves |
| 1 | ounce | Nutmeg |
| 2 | pounds | Water |
| 1 | ounce | Baking powder |
| 2½ | pounds | Cake flour |
| 6 | pounds | Raisins |
| 1 | pounds | Nuts |
| 1 | pounds | Chocolate |
Directions
Blend first ten ingredients. Add water, scrape and mix smooth. Add baking and flour and mix until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; if mix is too heavy, add water. Pour into 7 16"x24" sheet pans. Bake at 360 degrees F for approximately 20 minutes. Cut into 2"x3" squares.
