Sweet chilli crab

\N \N Garlic
\N \N Ginger
\N \N Lemongrass
\N \N Sauces; such as Oyster
\N \N ; Sauce, Mushroom
\N \N ; Sauce, Sweet Chilli
\N \N ; Sauce
\N \N Water

Stir fry onion, garlic, ginger and lemongrass, then add any sauce to your liking, ie. Oyster, Mushroom, Sweet Chilli. Throw in a bit of water to dilute the sauce, then add the crabs, put on a lid and simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes. Serve with steamed rice. Yummy!
