Spicy crab curry

2 pounds Crab;unshelled, cooked
2 cups Coconut Milk
3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 teaspoons Honey
¼ cup Peanut Oil
1 tablespoon Curry Paste
3 Scallion;chopped;

Directions

Leaving the shell on the crab, cut it into serving size pieces and crack each piece.

In a large sauce pan, heat peanut oil and curry paste over high heat until mixture bubbles. Add all other ingredients except scallions and cook 8 minutes, until crab is heated through.

Add scallions, stir, and serve over steamed rice.
