Sweet and sour sausage kabobs

Ingredients

| ¼ | cup | Firmly packed brown sugar |
| 1 | tablespoon | Cornstarch |
| ⅔ | cup | Apple juice |
| ¼ | cup | Cider vinegar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Grated orange peel |
| 1 | pounds | Polska kielbasa -- in 20 |
| Pieces | ||
| 2 | mediums | Red cooking apples -- in 20 |
| Wedges | ||
| 1 | large | Bell pepper -- in 10 chunks |
Directions
Heat grill. In small pan, combine all glaze ing, blending well. Cook over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly.
alternately thread sausage, apples, and peppers on 5 12" skewers Grill over med hi gas heat or 4-6 inches from coals. Cook 4 mins. Brush with glaze, turn, brush again. Cook 4 mins more. Serve with remaining glaze.
