1. Blend together the honey, mustard, garlic, sage and seasoning.
2. Arrange the remaining ingredients onto 4 long skewers.
3. Coat with the glaze and cook under a preheated moderate grill for 12-15 minutes, turning and basting occasionally.
Barbecue as for grilling.
