Sweet and sour kabobs

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Lean ground beef
1 medium Green pepper, cut into
\N \N Squares
¾ cup A-1 Steak Sauce
½ cup Plain bread crumbs
1 \N Egg, beaten
6 \N Cherry tomatoes, halved
6 \N Fresh mushrooms, halved
1 can (8 oz) pineapple chunks, in
\N \N Its own juice, undrained
\N \N Hot cooked rice

Mix ground beef,¼ cup Steak Sauce,bread crumbs and egg;shape into 24 meatballs.Drain pineapple chunks,reserving juice.Mix remaining Steak Sauce with reserved juice.Set aside. Thread meatballs,pineapple,green pepper,cherry tomatoes and mushrooms on 6 metal skewers.Grill or broil kabobs,4 to 6" from heat source,for 10 to 15 minutes or until done,turning and brushing with Steak Sauce Mixture,frequently.Serve with rice bedding.Makes 6 servings.
