Sweet and sour purple cabbage

| 3 | cups | Chopped purple cabbage |
| 2 | cups | Apples - sliced and halved |
| ¼ | cup | Water |
| 2 | tablespoons | Brown sugar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Vinegar |
| ½ | teaspoon | Dijon mustard |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper |
Directions
Saute onion in cooking spray and margarine for 1 minute. Add cabbage and apples and saute for 3 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well. Cover. Cook over low heat 20-25 minutes.
Sprinkle with carraway seed if desired.
Yield: 6 side-dish servings
