Surf city tilefish with pasta

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Tomato juice
1 pounds Tilefish fillets; cut in squares
2 \N Garlic cloves; minced
\N \N Fresh pepper
2 tablespoons Fresh basil; minced
8 ounces Spinach fettucine; cooked
