Supersonic smoked peach tasty

Ingredients

| ¾ | cup | Bisquick |
| 2 | Eggs | |
| Strong dash of vanilla or almond extract | ||
| 1 | tablespoon | Melted butter |
| ¾ | cup | Cream; (or milk, fat person) |
| 2 | cups | Chopped peaches |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
Directions
Spray a Pyrex with PAM, top and bottom. Combine brown sugar and Bisquick.
Add eggs and vanilla/almond. Add butter and cream/milk. Add peaches and cinnamon. Pour into Pyrex. Handle with care, slippery. Put at spare place on active smoker grid (220-290) for several hours.
Cool and stash covered in fridge.
