Ingredients

1poundsLean ground beef
1largeOnion, diced 1/2 tsp Club House Cayenne
2cansBeans with pork
1can4 oz chopped drained green
.chiles
2cups+ grated cheddar cheese
1cupGreen onions, ripe olives
.avocado dip or ripe avocado
.sour cream
2packsKettle chips

Directions

Brown ground beef, crumbling it as it cooks. Add onion and cook until meat is lightly browned. Mash beans lightly and spread on a large ovenproof platter or baking dish. Top with meat. Sprinkle chiles over top, cover evenly with cheese and drizzle with salsa. Bake uncovered in a 400F oven for over 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven, add garnishes (sour cream in center, avocados around the edge, etc). Tuck in kettle chips around the edges and serve at once.
