1 pounds | Lean ground beef |
1 large | Onion, diced 1/2 tsp Club House Cayenne |
2 cans | Beans with pork |
1 can | 4 oz chopped drained green |

2 cups | + grated cheddar cheese |
1 cup | Green onions, ripe olives |
\N \N | .avocado dip or ripe avocado |
\N \N | .sour cream |
2 packs | Kettle chips |
Brown ground beef, crumbling it as it cooks. Add onion and cook until meat is lightly browned. Mash beans lightly and spread on a large ovenproof platter or baking dish. Top with meat. Sprinkle chiles over top, cover evenly with cheese and drizzle with salsa. Bake uncovered in a 400F oven for over 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven, add garnishes (sour cream in center, avocados around the edge, etc). Tuck in kettle chips around the edges and serve at once.
