Super nachos from scott mulroy

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Lean ground beef
1 large Onion, diced 1/2 tsp Club House Cayenne
2 cans Beans with pork
1 can 4 oz chopped drained green
\N \N .chiles
2 cups + grated cheddar cheese
1 cup Green onions, ripe olives
\N \N .avocado dip or ripe avocado
\N \N .sour cream
2 packs Kettle chips

Brown ground beef, crumbling it as it cooks. Add onion and cook until meat is lightly browned. Mash beans lightly and spread on a large ovenproof platter or baking dish. Top with meat. Sprinkle chiles over top, cover evenly with cheese and drizzle with salsa. Bake uncovered in a 400F oven for over 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven, add garnishes (sour cream in center, avocados around the edge, etc). Tuck in kettle chips around the edges and serve at once.
