Yield: 8 servings
|1 pounds||Lean ground beef|
|1 large||Onion, diced 1/2 tsp Club House Cayenne|
|2 cans||Beans with pork|
|1 can||4 oz chopped drained green|
|2 cups||+ grated cheddar cheese|
|1 cup||Green onions, ripe olives|
|\N \N||.avocado dip or ripe avocado|
|\N \N||.sour cream|
|2 packs||Kettle chips|
Brown ground beef, crumbling it as it cooks. Add onion and cook until meat is lightly browned. Mash beans lightly and spread on a large ovenproof platter or baking dish. Top with meat. Sprinkle chiles over top, cover evenly with cheese and drizzle with salsa. Bake uncovered in a 400F oven for over 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven, add garnishes (sour cream in center, avocados around the edge, etc). Tuck in kettle chips around the edges and serve at once.
