Sun fruit salad with banana dressing

8 | ounces | Lemon low-fat yogurt |
2 | tablespoons | Sugar |
2 | teaspoons | Lemon juice |
Lettuce leaves | ||
8 | cups | Cut-up fruit such as: papaya; banana, strawberries star fruit, cantaloupe honeydew, mango, kiwi fruit and/or blueberries |

For Dressing: In a blender or food processor, combine sliced bananas, lemon yogurt, sugar and lemon juice; cover and blend for 15 to 20 seconds or until smooth. Chill dressing, covered, for up to two hours.
