Yield: 1 sm. turkey
|1 small||Turkey, thawed|
Cut off wings and legs of turkey. Put the carcass into a pot of BOILING WATER to cover. Cover and Simmer for 45 minutes. Add wings and legs and simmer for another 45 minutes. Allow to cool in broth, covered. Debone when cool enough to handle.
