Stuffing mix (for poultry)

Measure Ingredient

4 cups Bread cubes (6 slices)
2 tablespoons Salad oil
1 tablespoon Parsley flakes
½ teaspoon Poultry seasoning
½ teaspoon Rubbed sage
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper

Spread bread cubes in shallow baking pan. Toast in 300 degree F. oven about 30 minutes. (Bread will shrink slightly.) Combine the other ingredients and sprinkle it over the bread cubes. Toss to coat evenly.

Makes about 3¼ cups.
