Roast chicken stuffing

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Seasoned bread stuffing mix
½ cup Butter
¼ cup Seedless raisins
¼ cup Apple -- chopped
¼ cup Celery -- chopped
2 tablespoons Walnuts -- chopped
¼ cup Chicken stock

Saute stuffing mix in melted butter for 5 minutes. Add all other ingredients and mix thoroughly, adding more chicken stock if the stuffing seems too dry for your taste. Will stuff a 6 to 7 pound roaster.
