Stuffed rolled beef (braciolone)

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Top round steak, sliced thin
4 tablespoons Butter
¼ cup Parmesan
¼ cup Bread crumbs
2 \N Garlic cloves, chopped
1 medium Onion, sliced
4 tablespoons Parsley, chopped
\N \N Salt/pepper
\N \N Olive oil
1 cup Red wine or tomato sauce

Spread steak with butter and layer onions on top. Sprinkle remaining ingredients evenly over steak. Roll up tightly and tie securely. Brown on all sids in hot olive oil, turn often so it does not burn. Lower heat, add winei or tomato sauce. Cover and cook slowly until fork tender, about 1 hour.
