Stuffed celery sticks

Ingredients

| 7 | mediums | Stalks celery |
| 2 | ounces | Shredded Swiss cheese |
| ½ | cup | Finely chopped fully cooked smoked ham |
| ⅓ | cup | Mayonnaise or salad dressing |
| ½ | teaspoon | Prepared mustard |
Directions
Cut celery into 3-inch pieces (make sure celery is completely dry).
Mix remaining ingredients; spread about 1 tb in each piece of celery.
Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. About 14 appetizers; 65 calories per appetizer.
