Zippy stuffed celery stickes

Ingredients

| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 2 | teaspoons | Dill seed, ground; OR 2 ts. whole caraway seeds |

| Parsley, fresh; minced | ||
Directions
Blend cottage cheese with blue or Roquefort cheese. Add salt and dill. Mix well. Stuff lightly into ribs of celery. Garnish with minced parsley.
