Strawberry swirl loaves

Yield: 16 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¾ cup Butter
1½ cup Sugar
3 Eggs
2 teaspoons Vanilla
3 cups Flour
1½ teaspoon Baking powder
1½ teaspoon Baking soda
¼ teaspoon Salt
1½ cup Sour cream
1 cup Strawberry preserves
1 hour.

Preheat oven to 350ø Prepare two 9x5 loaf pans. Combine butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients with sour cream Pour into loaf pans and top with preserves, swirling into batter. Sprinkle with sugar and bake for NOTES : You can substitute yogurt for sour cream.
