Strawberry rhubarb mold

Ingredients

| 1 | Cup sugar | |
| 2 | Packages (4-serving size) | |
| Strawberry-flavored gelatin | ||
| 1 | Package (16 ounces) | |
| Frozen rhubarb, thawed, | ||
| Chopped, and well drained | ||
| 1 | Can (20 ounces) crushed | |
| Pineapple, drained | ||
| ½ | Cup chopped walnuts | |
Directions
Coat a 2-quart mold with nonstick cooking spray. In a medium saucepan, bring the water and sugar to a boil over high heat. Remove from the heat and add the gelatin, stirring until completely dissolved. Add the remaining ingredients; mix well. Spoon into the mold and chill for 6 hours, or until firm. Unmold onto a serving platter and serve.
