Stir fry linguine

Ingredients

1eachOnion, coarsely chopped
1eachClove garlic, minced
1tablespoonOlive oil
1poundsSirloin stead, cut in very thin strips
1eachGreen pepper, julienned
12eachesMushrooms, quartered
14ouncesSpagetti sauce (canned or homemade)
1cupGrated mozzarella cheese
1poundsHot cooked linguine, drained

Directions

Stir fry onion and garlic in oil. Add beef. Continue to stir fry until beef is no longer pink. Add vegetables, stri fry for 1 minutes. Pour in sauce and heat through.
