Linguine & pork stir-fry

Ingredients

| 1 | pounds | Linguine or Spaghetti; OR Thin Spaghetti, uncooked |
| 1 | tablespoon | Sesame oil |
| 1½ | cup | Pork tenderloin cut in thin strips |
| 2 | Garlic cloves; minced | |
| 4 | cups | Thinly sliced cabbage |
| 1 | cup | Thinly sliced green onions with tops |
| 1½ | cup | Red bell pepper thinly sliced |
| ¾ | large | Carrot; shredded |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | teaspoon | Crushed red pepper flakes |
Directions
Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
In Dutch oven or large skillet, heat oil. Add remaining ingredients, except pork and linguine. Stir-fry until tender. Add meat and lightly stir-fry until cooked. Add hot linguine; toss to mix. Serve immediately.
