Yield: 4 Servings
|8 ounces||Uncooked linguine|
|⅓ cup||Butter or margarine|
|½ teaspoon||Fresh garlic; minced|
|⅓ cup||Fresh parsley; chopped|
|1½ teaspoon||Fresh oregano leaves*; chopped|
|1 tablespoon||Lemon juice|
|1 cup||Parmesan cheese; freshly grated|
In 3 quart saucepan cook linguine according to package directions; drain.
In same saucepan place butter and garlic. Cook over medium heat until butter is melted (3 to 4 minutes). Stir in linguine and remaining ingredients except Parmesan cheese. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until heated through (2 to 3 minutes). Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
