Fresh herb linguine

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
8 ounces Uncooked linguine
⅓ cup Butter or margarine
½ teaspoon Fresh garlic; minced
⅓ cup Fresh parsley; chopped
1½ teaspoon Fresh oregano leaves*; chopped
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 cup Parmesan cheese; freshly grated

In 3 quart saucepan cook linguine according to package directions; drain.

In same saucepan place butter and garlic. Cook over medium heat until butter is melted (3 to 4 minutes). Stir in linguine and remaining ingredients except Parmesan cheese. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until heated through (2 to 3 minutes). Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

*½ teaspoon dried oregano leaves can be substituted Formatted by Carriej999@...
