Stewed plum tomatoes with rosemary and garlic

| 12 | Tomatoes; cored & quartered | |
| 3 | Sprigs rosemary; chopped | |

| Salt and pepper; to taste | ||
Directions
Melt butter in pan. Add garlic and roast for 2-3 minutes. Add tomatoes, rosemary, sugar, sherry vinegar, salt and pepper. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
