Steve's homemade cajun seasoning

| 1 | teaspoon | Cayenne pepper |
| 1 | teaspoon | Ground red pepper |
| 1 | teaspoon | Black pepper |
| 1 | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
| 1 | teaspoon | Onion powder |
| 1 | teaspoon | Paprika |
Directions
In a small mixing bowl stir together all ingredients. Store spice mixture in an airtight container in a cool dry place. Makes 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning. This versatile seasoning, popular in Louisiana, can be used to add a little zip to many main dishes.
