Yield: 4 servings
|2 tablespoons||Butter or margarine|
|3 tablespoons||Maple syrup|
|5 eaches||Bananas; 1/2\" slices|
|1 tablespoon||Lemon juice|
Place butter in rice bowl. Add ¼ cup water to reservoir, cover and steam 6 to 7 minutes.
Stir in syrup. Add bananas. Stir to coat bananas with syrup mixture.
Add ½ cup water to reservoir, cover and steam 10 to 12 minutes.
Sprinkle with lemon juice. Serve warm.
Total steaming time: 16 to 19 minutes.
