Steamed baby carrots

| 16 | eaches | Baby carrots, scraped |
| 1 | teaspoon | Soy margarine |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Nutmeg |
Directions
Steam baby carrots in a saucepan with ¼" of water until tender-crisp. Should take about 4 minutes. Drain & toss with the margarine & nutmeg. Allow 8 carrots with each serving, arrange them on plates in a fan shape with the narrow tips pointing down.
