4 teaspoons | Anchovy paste |
1 \N | Hard-cooked egg; sieved |
1½ teaspoon | Grated onion |
¼ teaspoon | Salt |
⅛ teaspoon | Paprika |
2 teaspoons | Parsley ffakes |
¼ teaspoon | Tabasco sauce |
2 tablespoons | Light cream |
Blend all ingredients, adding a little more cream if necessary to make a mixture of spreading consistency. Yield: 1-½ cups.
