Measure Ingredient
2 packs (3-oz) cream cheese
4 teaspoons Anchovy paste
1 \N Hard-cooked egg; sieved
1½ teaspoon Grated onion
¼ teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Paprika
2 teaspoons Parsley ffakes
¼ teaspoon Tabasco sauce
2 tablespoons Light cream

Blend all ingredients, adding a little more cream if necessary to make a mixture of spreading consistency. Yield: 1-½ cups.
